How it runs

Managed operations loop

Telemetry from cloud, workplace and AI agents raises alerts that become tickets. Runbooks auto-remediate common issues; engineers handle the rest, feeding problem and change management and a monthly service review.

Service hours and service levels

Coverage hours, response and resolution targets, inclusions and exclusions are defined in each managed-services agreement. Standard coverage is business hours in India Standard Time; extended coverage is available only where it has been agreed and staffed for your contract.

We don't advertise round-the-clock support as a default. If you need 24×7 coverage, tell us in your enquiry and we'll confirm what we can commit to before you sign.

Exclusions typically include third-party vendor outages, licences you purchase directly, and changes outside the agreed scope — these are listed in your agreement.
