Who we are

This website is operated for the Techcerv brand. Techcerv services are provided by TECHCERV SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or Techcerv Enterprises, which are separate legal entities. Training registrations and payments made on this website are with TECHCERV SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. For other services, the contracting entity is named on the relevant proposal or invoice.

Website content

Content is provided for general information. Descriptions of third-party products (including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI and Anthropic products) reflect our understanding on the date shown and may change; availability can depend on your licences, configuration and region. Product maturity labels on our products page describe what is available today. Nothing on this site is a binding offer for consulting or managed services — those are governed by a separate written agreement.

Training registrations

• A seat is confirmed only after your payment is verified by our payment provider and you receive a confirmation email.
• Prices are shown in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated; GST is added at checkout based on your billing state. GST is not refundable.
• Cancellations are reviewed by our accounts team and any refund of the course fee is calculated pro rata, as set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
• Certification exam fees are not included unless explicitly stated. Exams are booked with the vendor's exam provider, and results depend on your own performance.
• Unless a course page says otherwise, Techcerv courses prepare you for vendor certifications but are not official vendor courseware, and do not imply vendor endorsement.
• We may change trainers, venues or schedules where necessary; if a change materially affects you, the refund and cancellation policy applies.
• Course materials are for your personal use and may not be redistributed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false information or automated submissions, or interfere with its security.

Intellectual property

The Techcerv name and logo and the content of this website belong to Techcerv. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Techcerv is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability for a training registration is limited to the fees you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.
