Privacy policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains how Techcerv handles personal data collected through this website. Techcerv services are provided by TECHCERV SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or Techcerv Enterprises, which are separate legal entities. For training registrations and payments made on this website, that entity is TECHCERV SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. For other enquiries and services, it is the entity that responds to you, named on your proposal or invoice. We handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Enquiries: name, email, phone, company, job title, your message and the options you select.
  • Training registrations: participant name, email, phone, company, billing state and address, optional GSTIN, and the course and batch you choose.
  • Payments: payment status, amount, the payment provider's order and payment identifiers and the payment method type. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment provider's page; Techcerv never receives or stores them.
  • Technical data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address for spam and fraud prevention, and server logs that do not contain form contents.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and send you a confirmation.
  • To register you for training, take payment, issue receipts, deliver the course and handle cancellations and refunds.
  • To keep financial and tax records required by law.
  • To protect the website against spam, fraud and abuse.

We process this data with your consent (which you give when you submit a form) and, for registrations and payments, to perform our contract with you and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the website and services: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and our payment provider (for training payments). Each processes data only on our instructions. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Cookies

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only when Techcerv staff sign in to the administration area. If our payment provider's checkout window sets its own cookies, its privacy policy applies to those.

We do not use session recording, keystroke logging or third-party analytics. Website fonts are served from our own servers, so loading a page does not send your IP address to Google or any other font provider.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. Course registration requires confirmation that you are 18 or older; if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract.
  • Registrations, payments and receipts: as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 8 years in India).
  • Email delivery logs and security logs: up to 12 months.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Indian law, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out or records we must keep by law.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored with access limited to authorised staff with role-based permissions, and changes to registrations and payments are audit-logged.
