Build and transform
Cloud migrations
Migrations fail when they move cost and risk along with the workload. Ours start with a 6R map and end with a right-sized, governed estate.
Capabilities
- Discovery and 6R mapping
- Dependency discovery and a rehost, replatform, refactor, repurchase, retire or retain decision per workload.
- Wave planning
- Migration waves sequenced by risk and business calendar, with rollback plans.
- Execution
- Server, database and application migration with validation and cut-over support.
- Post-migration optimisation
- Right-sizing, reservations and savings plans after real usage is observed.
How it fits together
Azure landing zone reference topology
A platform team deploys infrastructure as code through CI/CD and policy-as-code into an Azure landing zone. On-premises sites connect privately to a hub network that peers with application, data and AI landing zones. Monitoring, Defender for Cloud, backup and disaster recovery, and FinOps guard every workload; AWS and Google Cloud estates are governed through Azure Arc.
