Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Program

Become the engineer who takes AI from prototype to production — working alongside customers to scope, build, deploy and run agents on Microsoft and leading model platforms.

Overview

An intensive, project-based programme for engineers who will work embedded with business teams. Participants learn to frame problems with stakeholders, prototype agents fast, integrate them with enterprise data and systems, prove quality with evaluations, and ship them securely — finishing with a real deployment capstone. The programme runs for about six months; the exact pace adapts to each cohort's progress.

What you'll be able to do
